Introduction, General
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Silvia Steude, hereinafter referred to as juggleHUB, to its customers / contractual partners.
Customer terms and conditions that conflict with or go beyond these Terms and Conditions shall not apply without explicit written confirmation by juggleHUB.
The offer is directed at both private customers and businesses. A business is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity that enters into a contract in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Service Description
Our Space and Service Offerings
juggleHUB offers office workspaces including internet access (Wi-Fi), meeting, workshop and conference rooms, a mailbox, lockers, technical office infrastructure and additional services related to the above, such as event hosting, catering services and the rental of technical equipment such as flatscreens and projectors.
In addition, juggleHUB offers its members, space users and event visitors a flexible, hourly-bookable childcare service.
Depending on the contract type chosen, usage may be restricted to a specific type of use and/or a specific time period. Prices and conditions are listed at www.jugglehub.de.
Office Workspaces
juggleHUB provides office workspaces in four different shared offices under various pricing plans. These include a desk, chair and power sockets, as well as Wi-Fi access. Users confirm that they have satisfied themselves of the functionality of the workspace before entering into a contract.
For plans with "flexible workspaces", no guarantee can be given for the availability of a free workspace at all times. There is also no entitlement to a specific workspace. Flexible workspaces must be fully cleared and cleaned at the end of each day of use.
Trial Day and Trial Month
Every user has the option to book a free trial day at juggleHUB. The trial day can only be used once and only if no juggleHUB membership currently exists or has existed previously. It includes use of a desk with power and internet access on a weekday during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
Users may also book a trial month for €79 plus VAT, which includes a flexible desk with power and internet access, usable as often as desired within one month of booking during regular opening hours. The trial month ends automatically and does not convert into a membership.
Meeting, Workshop and Conference Room Hire
juggleHUB rents meeting, workshop and conference rooms. These may be used with participants and clients during reserved times, provided the use does not unduly disturb other juggleHUB users. In particular, excessive noise and the use of strongly scented materials (incense, aromatherapy, herbs, etc.) must be avoided.
Rooms must be left in the condition in which they were found. Equipment must be handled with care. Damage caused by improper use will be charged to the user.
juggleHUB accepts no liability for personal injury or loss or damage to equipment, exhibits or personal belongings caused by third parties. The user is jointly and severally liable without proof of fault for all personal injury and property damage caused by themselves, their staff or event participants.
Additional Services
Event Equipment Rental
Users may rent event equipment such as projectors, flipcharts and pinboards as listed under "Extras" at www.jugglehub.de.
Printer
juggleHUB users may use the printer at the rates listed next to the printer on site.
Wi-Fi Use
juggleHUB provides Wi-Fi internet access. Users are solely responsible for all their actions and omissions in connection with internet use and agree to comply with applicable laws and copyright regulations. Copying, distributing or downloading copyright-protected works (music, films, etc.) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract.
Business Address / Registered Office
juggleHUB can provide the address Immanuelkirchstr. 14a, 10405 Berlin for use as a business address or registered office. juggleHUB accepts mail and notifies users by email upon receipt. juggleHUB does not guarantee acceptance of the address by authorities or government bodies.
juggleHUB Membership, Cancellation
Office workspace bookings are made via the online booking system "Cobot" as a "Plan". Monthly memberships are open-ended and can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of the plan cycle.
juggleHUB may terminate the contract without notice and with immediate effect if grounds for extraordinary termination exist — for example, if the user defaults on payments twice or otherwise culpably breaches their contractual obligations.
Room and Resource Bookings
Bookings can be made by email, phone, or — for juggleHUB members — via the Cobot online booking system. Minimum booking time for the conference room is 2 hours; for meeting and workshop rooms, 1 hour.
Changes and Cancellations
Members: Cancellations up to 4 days before the event are free of charge. Cancellations up to 24 hours before incur 50% of the room hire fee. Later cancellations incur the full fee.
Non-members: Cancellations up to 7 days before the event are free of charge. Cancellations up to 4 days before incur 50% of the room hire fee. Later cancellations incur the full fee.
Pricing and Payment
All juggleHUB prices are net prices; statutory VAT is added. Payment is made cashlessly, preferably by SEPA direct debit via GoCardless, or alternatively by bank transfer or PayPal.
Users must raise any objections to invoices in writing within six weeks of the invoice date.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
juggleHUB is entitled to change prices, service descriptions and these Terms and Conditions with 14 days' advance notice by email.
Data Protection
For all provisions regarding data protection, please refer to the separate privacy policy at www.jugglehub.de.
Warranty / Liability
juggleHUB is only liable where senior employees or vicarious agents are guilty of intent or gross negligence. Liability for consequential damages, including lost profits or third-party damages, is excluded unless juggleHUB is guilty of intent or gross negligence. juggleHUB accepts no liability for stolen or third-party-damaged items or personal belongings.
Severability Clause
Should any individual clause of these Terms and Conditions or the contract concluded with juggleHUB be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and related contracts are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and jurisdiction for all claims and disputes is Berlin.
